Absent Narratives: Can You Hear Me Now?
Sue will talk about voices that are missing in the Minnesota literary world. Finding those absent narratives and listening to the stories they tell can enrich your life and broaden your horizons. It also opens a dialog for a better understanding of one another.

Sue Smith-Grier is a local writer, copywriter, and contributor to the book, Blues Vision: African American Writing from American Writers in Minnesota, available from Amazon. Grier is a two-time winner of Poetry on the Wall People’s Choice Award sponsored by the Crossing Arts Alliance. She is a member of Brainerd Writers Alliance.
